Rumours in Warangal District Spreads on Ugadi - Women throng to bangles stores

Rumours at times spreads like wildfire. Few bring good results and others leads nowhere. Well, the rumour that I am referring to currently is that - Women in Warangal District are flooding to ladies emporium/bangles shops to buy 9 types of bangles to wear them on their hands before UGADI and take off after the festival, and they believe that doing so will bring their husbands and kids some good and make them have a properous and healthy life and if they don't that will bring some bad.

Indian Women usually wear bangles on their hands and thats our culture. And ofcourse it definetely looks good on their hands. However, with the concept of modernization we hardly see the current generation following that trend. Ofcourse their comfort levels. :-)

Whatsoever, with this rumour thats making rounds across - women started thronging to the bangles stores to buy some bangles. Not sure how far the rumour makes sense, but it definitely took our women back to Indian culture. 

It's also said that these kind of rumours make rounds just before ugadi. As a result of these, people ended up in celebrating "akka chellella bhojanaalu" (sisters' gathering for lunch), "anna thammulla bhojanaalu" (brothers' gathering for lunch), "thobottuvula bhojanaalu" (brothers' and sisters' lunch) and such. With the current working professionals getting busier with their regular life, all these rumours definitely bring the families together atleast for a day. Isnt it ? :-)
