Now there is some inside talk thats been coming out. Its said that Rajamouli had initially approached Sridevi for this role. But he had to drop his plans as Sridevi quoted Rs. 6 cr. to do this role. Later he approached Sushmita Sen and few others but they have other reasons. With this, the director of Baahubali approached Ramya Krishna who had accepted to do this role.
Initially Rajamouli was very particular about the confidentiality and saw that no gossips made rounds. Even the actors were very cautious while giving their interviews. Whatsoever, inside talks are finally coming out and making rounds.
