When asked Pawan about his rivalry with Mahesh Babu, he replied "We both came together for piracy. He (Mahesh Babu) gave voiceover to my film Jalsa. We don't have any personal rivalry"
Another question Rajeev asked Pawan was - 'Your fans want you to do a film with Rajamouli'.
Pawan Kalyan replied in his style saying, 'I met Rajamouli two to three times, I want films to happen and don't want to plan them'
Its said Pawan never approached directors for films. Infact he wants to work with directors who can get in sync with his work style as he will not surrender to the director. He also takes interest in writing scripts and looking after other departments.
