TS Government is currently planning to celebrate the formation day in a grand way. Celebrations would be week long, starting June 2nd to June 8th. Cabinet meeting headed by the Chief Minister of Telangana state Mr. KCR has decided to allocate about Rs. 20 crores for these celebrations. Every district would be roughly a Crore rupee as their share for the celebrations. The cabinet also worked on other few key issues. They have decided to give away Rs. 40 lakh instead of Rs. 25 Lakh to the families of the deceased police personnel who were killed in naxals/maoists attack in the state. Also posts that are vacant in the police department would be filled soon.
The cabinet further decided to felicitate all the prominent persons across the state (including people from villages to cities)
