TDP President and Cheif Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naidu has declared names of 4 candidates for the posts of MLC under Governor's quota. The names declared were TD Janardhan, G Srinivasulu, Somireddy Chandra Mohan Reddy and Beda Ravi Chandra.
Intitially Anuradha was asked to nominate herself for the post from the Jupudi constituency. Soon after she turndowned the offer to nominate herself from the Jupudi constituency, Mr. Beda Ravi Chandra has been chosen.
